I got off of work on St. Patrick's day morning and wanted to give the girls an Irish treat. I made a special breakfast with green eggs and hash browns and an english muffin with green cinnamon sugar. I told them that special Irish green chickens laid the eggs. It was really some steamed spinach that I pureed and added to the eggs along with some Parmesan cheese. They never figured it out.
I had a potluck that night at work and picked up this massive coconut cake and had the baker pimp the cake for St. Paddy's day.
