Garden Update

There is an artichoke in them thar leaves. 

My favorite, yellow crook neck squash.

Cute little butternut squashes. 

Little green tomatoes, unfried. 

 

Happy eggplant. For dinner, I made a ratatouille. Eggplant, onions, celery, garlic, zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, tomatoes, EVOO, red pepper flakes and wine. Gosh, it was good!

Lulu's very own corn. This was the nicest one. Very sweet.
