Confetti Couscous

I made a big batch of confetti couscous for a friend and her family. Israeli couscous, broccoli, carrots, cherry tomatoes, yellow pepper, kale, black beans, EVOO, lemon juice, cumin, cayenne pepper, garlic and some feta to sprinkle on top.
