Miss Allie's Beddie

This is Allie in her crate in our bedroom. When we got her, we did some research about blind dogs. One of the main things they said was "do not move around the furniture". Well, we moved the furniture. We changes the orientation of her crate and the poor little bug keeps bumping into the side-2 weeks after we moved it.

Allie loves her crate. After she's had her dinner, she will stand at the door at the bottom of the stairs, boring holes through it with her nonfunctioning eyes until we open the door so she can go up to her Beddie. She starts snoring right away. We used to leave the crate open, but then we had to start closing it for two reasons. 1-She'll walk around the room while we're sleeping and her nails on the hardwoods are loud and drive me nuts. 2-If you are facing the edge of the bed while sleeping, she will come over and awaken you with a very wet French kiss.
