Let There Be Grass

We have been busting our bums getting the upper lawn in shape. It's the area that we spend most of the summer because of the shade from the big oak tree. Unfortunately, it was more moss than grass. We applied some Moss-B-Gone to it and let that do its work. After that, we used a thatcher to remove the moss and aerate the lawn. Today we applied a product that has fertilizer, soil and grass seed in it to the bare spots. I threw in some extra grass seed to increase our odds of getting a nice thick lawn again. We had to put up some temporary fencing and string to keep Allie out of the growing grass. Now for the rain to return so I don't have to water it every day.
